It is better to hide my pain from pretentious physicians, perhaps I will be cured from the Treasury of the Invisible.

Where does the cure come from? It is not found in a system of treatment. It is found in the body. The body is self-curing, self-regenerating, and self-rejuvenating.

A real medicine can only exist when it penetrates into a knowledge which embraces the human being in respect to body, soul and spirit.

True Healing
We are currently undergoing a collective shift away from the concept of Disease. While we heal our outdated beliefs around healing, a major clearing is taking place, manifesting with health challenges and crises that are not resolving themselves completely through contemporary medicine. This is creating a palpable divide between mainstream medicine and our growing intuitive ability to heal ourselves through diet, detoxification, botanical medicine, and an array of natural healing arts. The stark contrast in the glaring reality of less than adequate results of allopathy; the hand-over-fist production, consumption, and profit-driven business of pharmaceuticals, the use of sometimes drastic often harmful measures in order to heal, when often the healing is temporary, compromises the integrity of the entire body thus causing more weakness; the ever-rising cost and increasingly inaccessibility of healthcare; and the ever-growing abundance, availability, and effectiveness of natural remedies is inspiring a new wave of empowerment through self-healing.
Health trends are like the emperor with no clothes. They try to distract from what they lack with false confidence and denial. That’s because health trends can have a life force all their own. If a belief system finds some followers who market it heavily and catchily, then as the decades pass, it can become a grizzly bear of power over common sense. This fad process is behind the mistaken belief that a no-carb diet will solve Candida issues, the incorrect conviction that Hashimoto’s disease is a condition in which the body’s own immune system attacks the thyroid, and the misguided attempts to treat Lyme disease with antibiotics. (Anthony William - Medical Medium)
Sure, there are healers out there who can help facilitate the healing process. But when it comes right down to it, you alone hold the greatest power. If you don't do your part, those of us who are trying to help you are essentially impotent. Sure, we can throw drugs or supplements at you, cut things out, and recommend lifestyle modifications, but ultimately, you're the boss. We can't do it without you.
But too often we hand over all of our power and fail to recognize the innate self-healing power that lies within us all. Instead, as patients, many of us show up at the doctor's office with what we docs call "the chief complaint," and as patients, we hand over our problems with this request: FIX IT.
But I'm afraid it just doesn't work that way. Maybe the broken, outdated, patriarchal model of the helpless patient and the all-knowing, paternalistic doctor supported this paradigm. But we can do better than this.
We're all missing the one big secret nobody is talking about.
You hold the key to your own healing. Nobody else can do it for you.
Every time you hand over your power to another person - no matter how many diplomas they boast or how many research articles they've published - you diminish the healing power you hold within you.

Basic Healing Protocol
The healing journey has many parallel paths, possible timelines, options to turn left or right. Following symptoms can lead one down the rabbit hole, and there are endless of those. Especially while you are in the process of detoxification, symptoms, discomforts, unexplained highs and lows come in seemingly endless waves. Tides turn and literally leave you dizzy. The more you learn about the body's physiological processes; the way your body really works; you gain the awareness that every part and piece - cells, tissues, organs and glands are playing together, a symphony of life created by differently arranged cells known as individual organs. As the song itself, you, as creation, will ultimately dissolve back into the same ocean as the other. Every body part also, eventually, returns to the one.
So do follow the signs, just don’t get hung up on each symptom and isolate these as separate events created from separate systems. The body is simply made of cells and fluids. The healing process is as straightforward as creating an alkaline environment through the foods you eat along with your thoughts, feelings, and influences. Just as vital as creating an alkaline environment is clearing the elimination channels so your body can remove waste and toxicity as it was designed to do. Once you do that, true health is yours.
Basic Healing Protocol:
1. Clear the channels of elimination - the main way the body releases toxins is through the skin, bowels, and especially the kidneys.
2. Alkalize the body by eating as many fruits, greens, and vegetables as possible.
3. Support and strengthen the lymphatic system, the body's natural defense system, which is constantly fighting pathogens and removing cellular waste.
3. While you work towards healing deeper roots of dis-ease in the body address any symptoms (detox discomforts) you may be experiencing with botanical medicine and healing foods.

First of all, there are no such things as diseases—there are only varying degrees acidosis and toxicity. Secondly, you can’t “treat” acidosis and toxicity with more acidosis and toxicity (e.g. chemical medications. (Robert Morse N.D., 2004)
We don't catch diseases, we create them by breaking down the natural defense according to the way we eat, drink, think, and live.
