Awaken The Clairs
Eating high vibration foods like fruit, succulent leafy greens, and especially wild fruits and foods found in nature raises your frequency and energetic signature. It is within this higher bandwidth The Clairs are enhanced. Clair, meaning clear, can apply to all the senses and when brought into a higher vibration they manifest as “super - natural” abilities. Most of us have at least one sense that is super-natural, and some of us have many. While enhancing the sense that is most natural to you, you can also work on developing the other senses as well.
The Clairs:
Clairvoyance (Clear Seeing) - Activated by the pituitary gland, clairvoyance is the gift of inner sight. This mystic vision sees through the mind’s eye, the Ajna Chakra, giving you depth, dimension and scope in the subtle worlds. It is from the Ajna Chakra that you intuit the direction that you want to go. This is the chakra that is associated with what is called the "Eye that goes beyond the two eyes." The two eyes give you dimension in the normal world. The Third Eye gives you depth, dimension and scope in the subtle worlds.
Clairaudience (Clear Hearing): Hearing what has not been spoken – the ability to receive information in the form of sound, words, and even musical notes as in the “music of the spheres.”
Clairaudience: To perceive sounds or words and extrasensory noise, from sources broadcast from spiritual or ethereal realm, in the form of "inner ear" or mental tone which are perceived without the aid of the physical ear and beyond the limitations of ordinary time and space. These tones and vibrations are more easily perceived in an alpha state and during meditation, though many clairaudients can obtain verbal and sound-related information regarding the past, present and future in a variety of environments. Most Channelers (also known as Mediums) work with both clairvoyance and clairaudience.
Claircognizance (Clear Knowing): The gift of instant spiritual awareness or knowing. The understanding does not come from seeing, hearing, or thinking - it is simply known. The access point is through Sahasrara, the Crown Chakra. Everyone has an energy access point through their Crown Chakra. The Crown Chakra is located on top of your head. Spiritual information and knowledge can directly come to you through this entrance. In order to receive intuitive information, the Crown Chakra must remain open.
Clairsentience (Clear Feeling): To perceive information by a "feeling" within the whole body, without any outer stimuli related to the feeling or information. Clairsentience is within the same spectrum of abilities as being empathic, which is the ability to feel the emotions and feelings of others.
Clairgustance (Clear Tasting) Having clear tasting, someone can taste something that isn’t really there. For example, someone tastes chocolate but he or she is not actually eating any chocolate.
Clairalience (Clear Smelling) The occurrence of smelling odors that are not present. An example of this would be to smell perfume or cigar smoke, while neither of these things is present in that moment.
